Technology:  Analyze the IT Systems supporting Databases, Infrastructure, identify any potential systems and processes that should be in scope in development, test and production environment. The outcome would be a recommendation on application investment planning prioritization model, security risk based approach, services catalog and potential budget by products and services to ensure investments are analyzed, service cost is measurable and technology roadmap is maintained


Most companies create a Program Management Office (PMO) in order to provide continuous strategic governance and iLynx has a proven record of setting up a PMO. There are different types of PMO (Controlling PMO, Supportive PMO and Directive PMO). It's crucial to understand how the PMO roles fit together in an organization.
